Real Carbon Fiber Door Panel Trim for Tesla Model 3 & Model Y
Replace the plain visual character of the original door trim with a lightweight real-carbon-fiber overlay designed around the factory contours of compatible Tesla Model 3 and Model Y interiors.
Real Carbon Fiber
Uses genuine molded carbon-fiber construction rather than a printed carbon-pattern vinyl or simple imitation film.
Three Carbon Finishes
Choose Glossy Carbon Fiber, Matte Carbon Fiber or Forged Carbon Fiber to match the rest of your Tesla interior.
3M Adhesive Overlay
Installs directly over the compatible factory door trim using pre-applied 3M adhesive without drilling or replacing the complete door panel.
Why This Carbon Fiber Door Trim Stands Out
Each version follows the corresponding factory door trim geometry rather than relying on a universal straight carbon strip.
The overlay creates a protective barrier over the visible factory trim and helps shield it from everyday contact and direct UV exposure.
Carbon-fiber construction creates the performance-inspired appearance without adding a bulky replacement panel to the door.
Current product specifications describe steel-mold and hot-pressure processing with epoxy resin cured at approximately 150–180°C.
No electrical work, door-panel removal or drilling is required for the normal overlay installation.
Overlay Cover — Not a Complete Door Panel Replacement
These pieces are shaped to install over the original visible door trim. The original door panel and its controls remain in place.

Remove dust, oil, silicone dressing and fingerprints with alcohol and a clean lint-free cloth.
Place each carbon cover over the corresponding original trim and confirm edge alignment before exposing the adhesive.
Use the supplied or recommended adhesion promoter where directed to improve tape bonding.
Peel away the protective liner only after the exact orientation of each cover has been confirmed.
Lower the trim into position carefully and apply firm, even pressure along the full bonded surface.
Avoid repeatedly lifting or disturbing the trim immediately after installation and allow the adhesive time to establish its full bond.
Model Y door-trim geometry differs between production versions. Choose the Germany / USA or China option matching your vehicle and production period rather than ordering by model year alone.
The current selector stops at Model 3 2023.10 and Model Y 2025.02. Highland and Juniper use different door designs and require their own dedicated carbon-fiber trim products.

Quick Answers
Is this real carbon fiber or carbon-fiber-look ABS? +
Current manufacturer documentation identifies these trims as real molded carbon fiber rather than a printed ABS carbon-fiber-look cover.
Is it prepreg autoclave dry carbon fiber? +
The source uses both “dry carbon fiber” and “real molded carbon fiber / hand laid” terminology. Because those manufacturing descriptions are not fully consistent, this page does not claim a specific prepreg-autoclave process.
How many pieces are included? +
The current product is sold as a 2-piece door-panel trim set.
Which finishes are available? +
Current TESKAY options are Glossy Carbon Fiber, Matte Carbon Fiber and Forged Carbon Fiber.
Does it replace the original door trim? +
No. It is an overlay cover installed over the corresponding factory trim surface.
Do I need to remove the door panel? +
No. Normal installation is completed from the visible side of the door trim using adhesive.
Does installation require drilling? +
No drilling is required.
What adhesive is used? +
Current TESKAY and Tesery descriptions specify premium 3M adhesive for the overlay installation.
Why are there several Model Y options? +
Model Y door-trim shapes differ between production locations and production periods. Select the Germany / USA or China configuration that matches your vehicle.
Does it fit Model 3 Highland? +
No. The current TESKAY selector covers Model 3 through 2023.10 only.
Does it fit Model Y Juniper? +
No. Model Y Juniper uses a different door-panel design and has separate dedicated carbon-fiber trim products.
Will carbon weave always look perfectly identical on both pieces? +
Real molded carbon fiber can show small natural variations in weave or pattern direction. Minor cosmetic variation is normal for real carbon-fiber components.
Are exact weight and dimensions published? +
No verified overall weight or dimensional specification is currently published, so this description does not invent them.
