Shipping Policy
In general, all orders are dispatched for shipping the same or next business day. Monday - Saturday. Sunday purchases will be shipped Monday.
Orders placed on holidays will ship the day following the holiday or the day after. On some occasions, carrier holidays do not match TESLAMIZE and EVMIZE business holidays - we will ship the item as soon as the carrier is available.

Domestic / International Handling Time

Custom orders or items that are on pre-order/backorder may take longer to ship out.
Carrier & Shipping Speed
All orders include a tracking number and are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX services. Shipping speed varies by item, order size, and buyer selected service level.
TESLAMIZE and EVMIZE reserve the right to decide what shipping service to use and at what shipment level for orders that qualify for/and the buyer has opted for FREE shipping.
Secure Delivery & Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is accurate and secure. We do not cover porch pirates (theft) or failed delivery due to incorrect address issues. Packages returned for IA "Incorrect or Insufficient Address" will incur a 25% restocking fee if we are unable to contact you. We do not cover reshipping fees. For buyers that opt to not to pay to reship the item, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. (International Order will incur a 35% restocking fee instead of the 25% listed above).
*If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please contact us ASAP. Often times we can correct shipping address before the item has shipped.
*If the shipping address was incorrect do to an error or omission caused by TESLAMIZE or EVMIZE, then we will reship the product at no cost.
Delays & Service Interruptions
As with any service, shipping delays in transit can and do happen. From holidays to mechanical failures to inclement weather. We do our part to get the item to the carrier as quickly as possible. Generally, we DO NOT guarantee delivery times and do not provide compensation or refunds for delayed packages in transit.
*In some cases we may be able to partially or fully refund shipping costs for guaranteed services. (EG: UPS Next Day Air is a guaranteed service. If its late and we can get UPS to refund the cost, we will process that refund back to you.) We do guarantee refunds if we are unable to recover the cost from the carrier. Refunds can take in excess of 45 days.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing/Misdelivered
Lost, damaged, or misdelivered items - please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged - The buyer has 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us of damage to the item or package. Please see the Refund & Return Policy for additional information regarding damaged items.
Lost or Missing/Misdelivered - If the package looks to be lost in transit, we (TESLAMIZE/EVMIZE) will work directly with the carrier. If the item was marked delivered - the buyer must work with the carrier. All carriers have GPS on scan.
(Pre-Shipment) Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we don't charge any cancellation fee for unshipped orders, if the order has already shipped, it's the buyers responsibility to return the shipment in accordance with our Returns Policy.
(International) Taxes & Import Fees
The buyer is responsible for knowing the local country's customs laws and import fees. TESLAMIZE and EVMIZE do not cover, collect, or remit any import duties or taxes.
Use of 3rd Party Freight Forwarder
Use of a 3rd party freight forwarder by the customer may void your warranty and return/refund eligibility. EVMIZE is responsible for making sure all orders are marked as delivered to the specified address on checkout. Because we have no control over the repacking and shipping when customers use the freight forwarding services, we cannot be held responsible for damage to the item in that part of transit.
Please be aware of the risks and consider purchasing direct international shipping instead, at checkout.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you don't like something you've bought from us you have 30 days (from the date of delivery) to initiate a return or exchange request. Orders are not returnable after 30 days. Returns Process
To start a return or exchange please email us the following:
- Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.
- Indicate reason for return.
- State if you would like a refund or exchange.
Once the email is received, we will be able to provide you with the address to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product/s.
Please us the tracking number for the returned product/s, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible.
Installation Failure
We provide free troubleshooting and can walk you through installation of any product we offer. In accordance with our Return Policy, we don't offer returns or refunds for failed installations not caused by a product defect. Please visit our Install Center or Contact Us for product installation support.
Item Condition
- Items must be received in NEW & UNUSED condition
- Items must be received in resellable condition
At our discretion, items returned that do not meet the above conditions may incur a restocking fee of 25-100%.
Return Shipping
- We do not cover return postage. Please see Damaged/Defective items section if applicable
- Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service
- Buyers may request a return label, in which case the price of the label will be agreed upon and deducted from the refund amount
Limitations
We do not offer Returns or Refunds on the following items:
- 3rd party items (items shipped from EVMIZE partners. If Damaged or Defective, a Refund or Return will be decided by the 3rd party policies)
- Custom Orders / Manufacture Orders
- Final Sale / Outlet / Clearance Items
- Items bought with noted defects (imperfections)
- Limited or Hand-Crafted Items

Exchange
If you bought an item in error (EG: Mud Flaps for Tesla Model 3 when you have a Model Y) or the item was damaged during shipping but you still want it, please contact us for exchange options.
Damaged/Defective Item
If items in your order were damaged during transit or have defects - please contact us. The buyer has 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us of damage to the item or package. We require pictures to verify the damage or defects. At our discretion, we may request that the damaged/defective item be returned to us. In this case, we will provide return postage. We reserve the right to send replacement items in lieu of providing a refund. Refunds given for damaged or defective items will be 100% of the item/order price + any shipping fees paid by the buyer.
Denied Refund or Return
Items intentionally damaged will not be covered. In instances where the buyer refuses to send photos of damage/defect claims - those claims will not be covered.
