How long until my order is shipped out?

Generally, all orders are dispatched for shipping the same or next business day. Monday - Saturday. Sunday purchases will be shipped Monday.

Orders placed on holidays will ship the day following the holiday or the day after. On some occasions, carrier holidays do not match TESLAMIZE and EVMIZE business holidays - we will ship the item as soon as the carrier is available.

Custom orders or items that are on pre-order/backorder may take longer to ship out.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes, but please contact as soon as possible. Order that are already shipped will need to be returned before they are refunded.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Shipping speeds and cost will vary depending on destination country.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

We don't like receiving damaged/defective products and neither do you. If the product arrived damaged/defective please contact us: HERE as soon as possible. We will work directly with you to resolve any issue.

If a product is damaged during installation, please contact us. We are not like other businesses. We understand mistakes happen and can work with you to get replacement parts at a discounted rate.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders are filled by EVMIZE and shipped from WA, USA.

Some orders may be fulfilled by inventory we have stored with AMAZON or 3rd Party Fulfillment Centers. These warehouses are located throughout the USA.

Direct from manufacture shipments are limited only to certain products/orders. In the case of direct shipments, this will be clearly noted on the item page itself or discussed prior to ordering in the case of custom orders. Direct shipments are generally shipped from EU or ASIA.
