Warranty Registration

Purchases made outside of Teslamize.com or Evmize.com require registration to enroll in our Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW) program. Purchase made directly on any of our websites are automatically enrolled. All LLW's are subject to the terms outlined on this page.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

In general, all parts ordered from TESLAMIZE.com and EVMIZE.com are guaranteed for life of the ownership of your car. The lifetime guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to parts you buy directly from our websites - or 3rd party sales channels after eligibility is met. You must be both the current owner of the car and the original purchaser of the parts. You agree to everything outlined on this page. EVMIZE reserves the right to modify or discontinue the warranty program (LLW) at any time, for any reason, and without written or verbal notice.

Ordering on TESLAMIZE.com on EVMIZE.com and/or submitting the Warranty Registration form does not guarantee accurate records keeping. While we do our best to keep accurate records, we ask that you retain copies of your order to ensure warranty coverage.

Eligibility

Parts purchased directly on TESLAMIZE or EVMIZE website are automatically enrolled. Parts purchased from us on 3rd party sales channels (EG: Amazon, eBay) are enrolled only after completing the registration form.

By participating in the LLW program you agree to receive occasional emails from EVMIZE. Unsubscribing does not void the LLW.

Exclusions

Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply in following circumstances or items:​

  • Items that are no longer produced
  • Items that we no longer sell
  • Limited or Hand Crafted Items
  • Items that sold on clearance, promotion, of for a 20% or larger discount
  • Disposable or single use items such as liquids, filters, or items that wear with use
Limitations
  • The warranty does not cover failure to install or improperly installed products.
  • Warranty claims are limited to a single replacement of any given item. For items with multiple pieces (sets), claims are limited to a single piece within the set unless otherwise approved by TESLAMIZE / EVMIZE.
Denied Warranty
  • Items intentionally damaged
  • Fraudulent claims or customers misrepresenting items
International Coverage

International buyers must cover shipping and import duties / taxes

Proof of Claim

While we want to make the warranty process simple, we need to be able to verify that the product meets the warranty criteria. Pictures may be required if requested for all warranty claims to be processed. Failure to provide photos will void warranty.

Installation Costs

Most products on our site are consumer install friendly - meaning just about everyone can DIY install. In the event that you had a product professionally installed, we don't cover or reimburse for those costs.

Returning Damaged Item

In general, return of a damaged item is not required for the warranty program (we do reserve the right to request the item be returned). Once we accept and process the warranty claim you are free to discard or use the item as you please.

3rd Party Items

We partner with several manufactures to offer direct shipment of certain products. Any warranty claims made on products shipped by our partners must be pursued directly with the 3rd party manufacture.
