With a larger 377 mm diameter, the wheel provides a slightly thicker and more substantial grip than many common 350 mm aftermarket yokes. The increased size gives your hands more surface area to hold, helping improve comfort during longer drives while maintaining the sporty feel of a yoke-style steering wheel.

The wheel mounts directly to the factory steering column with no vehicle modification required. Your original airbag and steering wheel electronics are transferred to the replacement wheel, allowing the factory controls and safety components to remain in use.

The steering wheel is also heated. On vehicles already equipped with Tesla's heated steering wheel function, heating can continue to be controlled through the factory center display.

🛠️ INSTALLATION

1. Power off the vehicle and follow the appropriate Tesla safety procedures before beginning steering wheel removal.

2. Carefully remove the factory airbag assembly from the original steering wheel.

3. Disconnect the factory steering wheel electrical connections.

4. Remove the original steering wheel from the steering column.

5. Transfer the required factory electronics, controls, wiring, and airbag components to the new yoke steering wheel.

6. Install the yoke onto the factory steering column and secure it using the appropriate factory mounting hardware.

7. Reconnect all steering wheel electrical connections.

8. Reinstall the factory airbag assembly.

9. Confirm all steering wheel controls, horn, heating function where equipped, and other transferred electronics operate correctly before driving.

Because the installation involves the steering wheel airbag and electronic controls, careful installation is required. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with steering wheel or airbag removal.
